Random Question of the Week.

Hello everyone,
I've decided that at the end of each school week I'll be proposing a random question for all of you to answer, and this week's one is:
When you were younger did you take driving lessons or did you take lessons with your parents? (if so, then was it easier than driving with your parents?). XD

  1. Lessons all the way - since learning with your parents guarantees you'll be as bad a driver as they are!

  2. I learned to drive when I was nine. Stick shift. But I took drivers ed. in high school anyway because it was an easy credit. I had been driving a grain truck for at least a year by that point, though, so it was pretty unnecessary.

  3. I didn't take lessons, but I think it was more because I wanted to do other things with the time and the money that they would have eaten up. I think for the basic skill of driving, going with a parent or other trusted companion is fine. In terms of the specific, somewhat persnickety rules of the road applied by any given jurisdiction on which you will be tested when you go for your exam, you'd do well to have some kind of official lesson. I got dinged for a lot of small things like signalling when pulling away from the curb when I failed my first driving exam.

Most important is to learn with someone who doesn't stress you out!
